Currency & Payments

The Peso is the official currency of Mexico. All payments must be paid by credit card, One&Only Palmilla does not accept cash payments. Accepted credit cards include ​American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, and Discover. For guest convenience an ATM is located at the Porte Cochere, bills are dispensed in pesos.

Pets

Both cats and dogs are welcome. Dogs must weigh less than 40 pounds. Dogs cannot be left unattended by guests. Dogs are to be kept on leash outside of your accommodation. Pets are not permitted in restaurants, spa, gym and other select areas of the resort. Dog walking, curated cuisine and pampering services are available, inquire for more details.
